I love a good craft project and have had fun with lots of kids craft with my daughter Sylvia and others children in my life. This post is a place to list our crafts at home that have been part of the blog. Many are just a photo and a comment in passing. Some are big projects. Some craft from museums and library might have also crept in. Most of these craft ideas are for kids, usually with adult supervision or adult craft that kids can help with. Some are ones that are for adults who are channeling their inner child. Above is a photo of our kitchen cupboard artwork in 2015.
It is not a comprehensive list of the craft we have done. Just as much as I could find - mostly retrospectively. Most is done with stuff from around the house. (I could not find the paintings we made with prints of cut citrus fruit and sponges dipped in paint but might find them one day.) Sylvia over time has also enjoyed lots of beading, loom banding, slime creations, craft kits, drawings and paintings. Now she is a teenager she is still channeling her creativity into various projects. Most are more sophisticated than a lot of kids crafts but still fun and satisfying!
