Adding more veggies is a good idea. If I make it again, I will certainly add peas!Lisa Turnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17596930753946940084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-35855506844349891512008-10-19T13:43:00.000+11:002008-10-19T13:43:00.000+11:00Pouting is not becoming on anyone. Oh and I love your Jamie impersonation - very pukka :-)

thanks Jules - meatballs are definitely not what I would choose to show how easy it is cook!

Thanks Flower interesting to hear your thoughts - I had half suspected (half hoped) there might be some sort of resolution - I agree with you that it is great Jamie has a real can-do attitude and passion for change!Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-65570489627292123452008-10-18T07:32:00.000+11:002008-10-18T07:32:00.000+11:00Its interesting to hear other peoples opinions of ...Its interesting to hear other peoples opinions of Jamies new show. As always people here have different opinions of him! I think he is brilliant, he has the best of intentions and is at least always trying to do something positive, unlike most people who sit back complain that "nobody taught me" but dont bother to do anything for themselves! I have to admire him for that! (Jamie for PM)
But I do agree with you meetballs seem very had especially when some of them didnt even know how to boil water! BUT keep watching it and you could be pleasantly surprised.
Risotto looks yummy! Glad your passing it on.
(hope this all made sense and I didnt ramble to much!)fleurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08654902981574176170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-82680687800938941962008-10-18T06:44:00.000+11:002008-10-18T06:44:00.000+11:00Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks meatba...Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks meatballs can be tricky!Juleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14015913853422407964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-21896552200806028972008-10-18T01:01:00.000+11:002008-10-18T01:01:00.000+11:00So funny--I almost never watch Oliver but last nig...So funny--I almost never watch Oliver but last night caught the first show of his series on Melbourne youth. He chose 20 down and out street kids (I think) and was teaching them to cook for a restaurant (15 or something?). It was amazing to see how he inspired those kids and how much they wanted to please him. I could see how his displeasure would be very disheartening for those poor people on the Ministry show! Will look forward to hearing how it ends :)

Re: the risotto--looks smashing (that's my best Jamie immitation, there)--I mixed up something similar last summer after reading it on Lisa's blog and was also very pleased!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-49642538998089927612008-10-18T00:23:00.000+11:002008-10-18T00:23:00.000+11:00;0) perfect that you forgot the butter, especially...;0) perfect that you forgot the butter, especially with cooking I've found you can often forget it or at least cut way down on it. Love the mint and asparagus!MyKitchenInHalfCupshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07321041059604871286noreply@blogger.com
