I think the zucchini would add a nice texture to it.<br />I don't particularly miss eggs and I don't even remember the taste, so I'm sure it'll taste great to me anyway ;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17741739604149676771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-59238312470096837562016-12-01T06:31:21.502+11:002016-12-01T06:31:21.502+11:00I don't think I've ever eaten a zucchini s...I don't think I've ever eaten a zucchini slice, not being a fan of egg. I can see how this would work though. I have some chickpea flour so I'm tempted to give it a go. Fried bits after cooking sound yummy too. I do like the sound of your veganised version though and am glad it met with your approval.Karihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15887621874869110597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-58216138295212956952016-11-27T00:18:05.242+11:002016-11-27T00:18:05.242+11:00Thanks for sharing Johanna! I totally forgot all about it, but would love to make it again some time - will try yours out for sure. My mum often used to make it when I was little, but I was not a big egg fan and hated bacon so it was always one of my most dreaded dishes as I had to try and pick out all the tiny bacon bits.
