Or maybe I should have just poured on some Tabasco? ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-13415542615297162922009-02-16T20:13:00.000+11:002009-02-16T20:13:00.000+11:00Thanks Wanting Kneading - will be interested to se...Thanks Wanting Kneading - will be interested to see your vegan version!Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-36423864916343184272009-02-16T20:02:00.000+11:002009-02-16T20:02:00.000+11:00Thanks Tanna - Men! It goes awesomely with a big thick Naan bread). Mine is kind of heavier than yours, yours looks nice and summery! I tend to overdose on the spinach :P

If you feel energized, I highly recommend making some paneer yourself using buttermilk to curdle it. I use the packet stuff most often, but the stuff you can make at home is much more juicy and tender.

Mmmmm your picture has me drooling, I think I know what I'm going to be making this week!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01418079315150652057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-69348608487071576582009-02-16T10:16:00.000+11:002009-02-16T10:16:00.000+11:00Sailu at Sailu's food has a great recipe for palak...Sailu at Sailu's food has a great recipe for palak paneer (and indeed many other things!).
