But I think you did a great job with this juice! And I was surprised you weren't playing Moody Blues on the stereo (or would that have been too obvious?). ;)Rickihttp://dietdessertndogs.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-67747802359642453462011-05-23T08:09:10.900+10:002011-05-23T08:09:10.900+10:00I really really love the look of this juice! Well done thinking that through and I can't say that I've ever contemplated the colour blue so closely as this! :DLorraine @ Not Quite Nigellahttp://www.notquitenigella.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-18759041233706543722011-05-22T20:28:32.725+10:002011-05-22T20:28:32.725+10:00Can I co-opt your post and make it my Blue entry a...Can I co-opt your post and make it my Blue entry as well, with due credit to you, of course? :P You've just covered every aspect of blue, and I have no idea what to make myself. I whizzed up the red rose petals with sugar which went a deep rose colour then whisked into the egg white AND they went blue. I'd made these years ago and had completely forgotten about that. Wish I'd taken a photo now as they have browned whilst cooking.Choclettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173996730095174268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-29071876305655925252011-05-22T18:26:10.483+10:002011-05-22T18:26:10.483+10:00A real challenge that one and I like your take on ...A real challenge that one and I like your take on it. the juice sounds really good too. I seem to remember some years ago an experiment was doen on colouring pasta blue and seeing if people would still eat it. By and large they wouldn't.Choclettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173996730095174268noreply@blogger.com
