At what temperature? I LOVE this bread recipe! So simple and beautiful!!! Good luck with trying the bread - hope it works for you! Is it just preference? Her recipe uses 110 g of starter. Is it because they are different hydration? Better yet, how did you know what to adjust the amount too? scizzors76https://www.blogger.com/profile/12048049068762913402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-19659333087614746272017-05-23T05:35:28.365+10:002017-05-23T05:35:28.365+10:00Hello, I was so glad to Celia's recipe adapted...Hello, I was so glad to Celia's recipe adapted to 100% hydration starter. If the starter is looking really bubbly and healthy I sometimes just give it a few hours out of the fridge to bring it to room temperature but don't feed it.Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-72018940027950941332015-06-11T14:18:59.718+10:002015-06-11T14:18:59.718+10:00The bread turned out really well (shame I can'...The bread turned out really well (shame I can't share a picture!!) but will give this overnight one a go too. Just curious Johanna, you say to take the starter out of the fridge and feed it - how much are your quantaties for feeding? I'm assuming you take the 100g to create your new starter out as well as the 300g....sorry just thinking out loud :)Jan (a gluttonous wife)https://www.blogger.com/profile/04980538485559579650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742756814967464811.post-40277722032504627552015-06-10T22:24:06.642+10:002015-06-10T22:24:06.642+10:00I've started your "sourdough basics - bak...I've started your "sourdough basics - baking a loaf" steps tonight but will give this a go next time.
