I'm sure your Mom was thrilled having everyone hovering around and of course with each and every bite. <br /><br />I was looking at the recipe for the cheesecake and it almost seems like it may be missing something that would have made it more creamy and less likely to freeze so solid. The concept sounds intriguing because it doesn't have any eggs in it and didn't have to be baked. I bet it sure did taste delightful once it thawed a bit.<br /><br />The kids are so adorable preparing for grandmother's birthday.
