Just made 2 d...Oh, I'm quite a fan of popovers! Just made 2 dozen for our support group meeting (they beg for them all the time), but I, too, am surprised at the cheese in these. But, that said, not too far from me there is a Brazilian bakery that makes cheese rolls that are naturally gluten free and they are phenomenal. I am definitely going to have to try these as soon as I get some coconut milk. I have the other ingredients.
